How to Link Deskworks Features on Your Website

You can add links and embedded features from Deskworks directly into your website. This allows members and visitors to log in, register, book space, purchase day passes, or view member directories and floor plans.

This guide explains how to set up those links and embeds using your Deskworks URL or code snippet.

Before You Start

Your URL may be different from the examples below if you use a Legacy URL or a Custom URL.

For example:

• Your site may use https://[yoursite].satellitedeskworks.com instead of https://[yoursite].mydeskworks.com
• Franchise groups may also have different base URLs.

Note: Replace [yoursite].mydeskworks.com in the examples below with your site's actual Deskworks URL.

Deskworks Links and Embeds

1. Portal Login

https://[yoursite].mydeskworks.com

2. Self Registration

https://[yoursite].mydeskworks.com/member-sign-up

Label this link however you'd like (e.g., Sign Up, Join Now, Registration).

3. Simple Reservation Flow

https://[yoursite].mydeskworks.com/simple-reservation

Use this to let non-members reserve space through a guided flow. Users first select a space, then a date and time, and finally complete payment. This option is useful for linking directly to specific spaces or for users who are less familiar with your offerings. 

4. Book It Now

https://[yoursite].mydeskworks.com/book-it-now 

Use this for a streamlined booking flow that starts with an interactive calendar view and moves users quickly through selecting availability, agreeing to terms, and completing payment.

Note: If embedding #3 or #4 in your site via iframe, users with third-party cookie blockers may experience loading issues. Instruct them to visit the URL directly instead.

5. Buy a Day Pass

https://[yoursite].mydeskworks.com/buy-pass?center=X 

Enables visitors to purchase a day pass directly from your website.

6. Meet Our Members

To embed this feature on your website:

• Go to MEMBERS > OUR MEMBERS in your Deskworks menu.
• Copy the integration code from the top of that page into your site’s HTML.

7. Interactive Floor Plan

To embed your clickable floor plan:

• Go to INVENTORY > FLOOR PLANS in your Deskworks menu.
• Copy the integration code from the bottom of that page into your site’s HTML.
