  2. Go to BILLING > PROPOSALS/CONTRACTS (you will see any saved proposals or contracts for this person).
  3. Click ADD+.
  4. Select a Template.
  5. Select the correct Price List, (it must contain the product you want to use at the correct price).
  6. Click NEXT.

Editing a Proposal or Contract

  1. On the next screen, add the Start Date (required) and the Renewal Date, Renewal Term, and any Description (optional).
  2. Select the ITEMs you want to add to the proposal or contract, along with QTY and DISCOUNT (if any.)
    • If the item is a Membership Product and has a registration fee or security deposit, those will automatically populate in One-time Charges in the Charges table.
  3. If the item includes a DEDICATED SPACE, you can select the correlating space from the dropdown of available spaces. You will not be able to select a space that is already in use.

  4. Your proposal will generate on the screen. Click SAVE when you are done editing.
