Create a Recurring Billing from PROPOSALS or CONTRACTS

Once you have created a proposal or a contract, Deskworks gives you a one-click to create a Recurring Billing directly from that agreement.

  • Go to BILLING > PROPOSALS/CONTRACTS
  • Select the correct agreement
  • Click CREATE RECURRING BILLING
    • You will be taken directly to the RECURRING BILLING page for the first item in the proposal. A separate Recurring Billing will be created for each recurring line item. (Not for one-time charges.) You can go into each one and check or modify it.
    • If a discount was added, it will have created a one-time discount. If you want to add discounts for future months, do so directly on the Recurring Billing.
    • If you specified a dedicated space in the proposal, you will see it selected in the Recurring Billing -- and it will be automatically removed from your available spaces. (On your Availability Report, you will see it removed from the Vacancy section and displaying on the Occupied  section, with price, discount and start date information!)
