If your workflow involves creating a Recurring Billing and then generating a Contract or Agreement to send directly to your client or a signing program, Deskworks streamlines this process.
Note: The Recurring Billing can be either active or inactive when you send the agreement.
Steps to Create a Proposal or Contract from a Recurring Billing:
- Locate the Recurring Billing:
- Go to the BILLING > RECURRING BILLING.
- Edit the Recurring Billing in question (or create a new one and SAVE).
- Ensure all fields are accurate, including Start Date, Renewal Date, Discount, and any additional details you would like to include.
- Generate the Proposal or Contract:
- Click CREATE PROPOSAL/CONTRACT
- Click CREATE PROPOSAL/CONTRACT
- Customize the Proposal or Contract:
- You will be directed to the PROPOSALS/CONTRACTS page for the client.
- Select the desired Template.
Note: The “Select Price List” option will be grayed out, as the Price List is already defined in the Recurring Billing. - Click NEXT
- Review and Finalize the Details:
- On the NEW PROPOSAL/CONTRACT page, all relevant information from the Recurring Billing will be pre-filled.
- Click SAVE and then BACK.
- Download the Proposal or Contract:
- Click the PDF (eye) icon to preview and download the document.
- The document is now ready to send directly to your client or upload to a signing program for signatures.
