How Do I Remove Someone from Receiving Emails Sent via Email Site Members?

If a member does not wish to receive bulk emails sent through Email Site Members or Email All Members:

  1. Go to Members > View/Edit Profile for the member who wishes to opt-out.

  2. Scroll down to the Login Information section of the profile.

  3. Check the box labeled Do Not Send Group Emails.

  • Note: Members who opt out of group emails will still receive automated emails, such as invoices, receipts, and other notifications.
