I can’t find an invoice/order and I’ve looked on all the links in the Billing tab - where can I find this missing order?

If you know the name of the user, their Company, or the Order # itself, you can search for that order via ACCOUNTING > INVOICE LOG.

NOTE: The Invoice Log is a record of ALL Orders created in your Deskworks software, including those that have been deleted and no longer appear on the Post Payments or Charges page. See “Can I see an order I deleted from Post Payments or Charges?” to learn how to find these orders.
