Q: My Google Calendar is synced already. Can I just add Calendar IDs to Deskworks?
A: Yes!
Steps to add Google Calendar IDs to Deskworks Reservation Units:
Open your Google Account.
- Go to Calendar.
- For each calendar that you want to sync to Deskworks, copy the Google Calendar ID (under Calendar Settings).
- In Deskworks, go to INVENTORY > RESERVATION UNITS.
- EDIT the reservation unit you want to work on.
- Check the box, "Sync to Google Calendar?" and Paste the Google Calendar ID into the ID box.
- SAVE
You now have a 2-way sync with Google Calendar.
