Q: My Google Calendar is synced already. Can I just add Calendar IDs to Deskworks?


A: Yes!


Steps to add Google Calendar IDs to Deskworks Reservation Units:

  1. Open your Google Account.

  2. Go to Calendar.
  3. For each calendar that you want to sync to Deskworks, copy the Google Calendar ID (under Calendar Settings).
  4. In Deskworks, go to INVENTORY > RESERVATION UNITS. 
  5. EDIT the reservation unit you want to work on.
  6. Check the box, "Sync to Google Calendar?" and Paste the Google Calendar ID into the ID box.
  7. SAVE


You now have a 2-way sync with Google Calendar.
